Immediate increase in productivity

Stationary and mobile construction machines are used for a wide variety of tasks.

Their consumption plays a central role. A corresponding reduction of 10-20% on average is realistic. In concrete terms, reducing fuel consumption means extending the time-consuming intervals between refueling with diesel and AdBlue.

In many applications, torque and power also make a significant contribution to economy.

For most engines, an increase in power up to 25% is easily possible without pushing the engine's components to their limits. After optimization, axes can be moved synchronously even at high loads.

This area is very complex and cannot be dealt with in a few sentences.

Hydraulics

The performance of construction machinery and its fuel consumption are largely determined by the hydraulics.
After engine optimization, we calibrate the hydraulics for even better consumption values and more efficient work on your construction sites.

Engine software

In principle, all engine management parameters can be calibrated. This applies in particular to torque and power, but also to exhaust gas aftertreatment. Lower diesel consumption goes hand in hand with lower consumption of AdBlue, which is needed in the SCR to reduce NOX. In addition, the burnout cycles of the diesel particulate filter DPF can be optimized. For the export of machines to countries outside Europe, the engines can be specifically adapted to the regulations applicable there. If necessary, we repair control units such as MCU, ACU, ECU, VGC, etc.

We work across manufacturers and optimize most makes and models common on the European and American markets. Here are some examples: Atlas, BOMAG, Case, Caterpillar (CAT), Doosan, Hitachi, Hyundai, JCB, John Deere, Kobelco, Komatsu, Kubota, Liebherr, Manitu, Sany, Volvo, Voegele, Wirtgen, Zeppelin and many other machines and engines.
